TopShelf MarketPlace stands behind all of our products 100% We understand the purchase you are making is likely a gift for the special someone in your life or yourself. You may return your purchase for any reason if not completely satisfied within 30 days of receipt. If your purchase should arrive damaged (this does happen on occasion), please notify us immediately so that we can get a replacement to you immediately at no additional costs to you. If you are returning a purchase that is not damaged, you will be refunded the cost of the jewelry box less shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. For returns that were purchased with free shipping - please note that if you are returning an item that is not damaged, you will be refunded the purchase price LESS FedEx ground shipping costs.
