PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL If your item was shipped to you by common carrier (Freight Companies), please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves or as soon as possible. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Claims received after the 5-day period will be subject to review.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase - you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging with the original packing slip. YOU MUST CALL 407-474-9044 TO RECEIVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT THIS NUMBER WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 HANDLING FEE.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the item. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense if you are returning an item that is not damaged. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you are returning an item that was purchased with Free Shipping and this item was not damaged, you will be refunded the full purchase price LESS FedEx ground shipping costs. If you return an item without first contacting us to receive an RMA number, a $10.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
