Currently we do not ship outside the Continental United States (we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time). We currently do not ship to APO boxes. All items ship free via FedEx Ground. If you would like to ship via UPS ground, next day, 2nd day or 3 day express, please call us at 407-474-9044 for a shipping rate. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
All items ship via FedEx ground after a 2 to 3 business days processing period. Shipping is usually in 2-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days during the holiday season. If you elect to ship via FedEx next day, 2nd day or 3rd day, your purchase will ship AFTER the processing period. As we have no control over FedEx or UPS, we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is the correct address. Incorrect addresses will be charged a $10.00 correction fee - this fee is charged to us by FedEx and UPS. If a package is returned to us undeliverable due to an incorrect ddress, you will be refunded the purchase price LESS FedEx ground shipping charges.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive notification that your order is complete and you will be able to log into your account and track your shipment.
